​What does this limited warranty cover? This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in your product, which has been imported by Ice Technologies LLC (“Ice”), with the exceptions stated below.

How long does this limited warranty last? This limited warranty lasts for one (1) year after the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Any implied warranties are also limited in duration to one (1) year. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation above may not apply to you.

What is not covered by this limited warranty? This limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, neglect, accident or act of God. It also does not cover damage caused by service performed by anyone other than an authorized service center.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ICE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

What will Ice do? Ice will, at its option, repair or replace your product, without charge for parts or labor, for defects covered by this limited warranty. If the product cannot be repaired, Ice will, at its election, either (1) refund the total payment, or (2) replace the product with a similar product, in Ice’s sole discretion.

Once you make contact, a representative of Ice will provide instructions on how to receive warranty service. Proof and date of purchase is required for warranty service. Ice will complete warranty repairs within 90 days after its receipt of the product from the customer.
